Emailing Ace Wigs

Please go to the left panel on the website to "Contact Us" then click on the email address for "Customer Service". Please be sure to include your full name and Order ID number which will allow us to provide an answer much more quickly. Due to the large volume of emails we receive, it may take a few days before you receive a reply. We do answer emails in the order received. If the name on the credit card is different than the name on the order, please include both names.

Ace Wigs does not collect customer email addresses for the reason of spamming, and we do not send out advertisements or newsletters unless the customer has specifically requested to be on our email list. We do not sell or share our customers' addresses with anyone.
