Exchange Eligibility List
We do not sell reconditioned wigs, and never will. Please use the chart below to verify eligibility of the item(s) you wish to exchange before proceeding. We also will not exchange wigs with drastic curl in their style if they have been removed from their box. There is no way to comb them back to perfect condition.
In most cases the minimum restocking fee will be $30.00. All items to be exchanged will be inspected to insure they are in unworn/perfect condition uncut and otherwise meet the criteria for exchange as set forth in our exchange policies. If a customer insists on an exchange that we do not offer on this list, there will be a 50% restocking fee and the product sent back to us will be either donated to a charitable organization or discarded. In the case where there are wigs with long hair, if the product needs additional time to restyle, there will be a 35% fee.
Exchange orders are processed in batches. It may take up to two weeks to process an exchange order. Failure to provide your Order I.D. number may result in further delays. The exchange form must be filled out completely. Otherwise personnel at Ace Wigs will need to research the original order information, resulting in further delays. The restocking fee will be based on the condition of the product when returned to Ace Wigs. The coupon code can not be used on exchange orders.
